{Almost} Wordless Wednesday; It's Eggs Benedict Day!

  1. Hi Louise, I just checked before I head off to bed and there you are. I am always excited to see what you are going to post for Wordless Wednesday. What a delightful post this is. I didn't even realize that it was Eggs Benedict Day! What fabulous recipes you have for us to try. I always liked Eggs Benedict, even though I am not a real fan of eggs. I think it is the Hollandaise sauce. That really gives it more texture and flavor. How perfect is this day as we approach Easter with the use of eggs. All three of these recipes are just luscious. Thanks for sharing another marvelous Wordless Wednesday. Have a blessed rest of Holy Week...Dottie :)

  8. Hi Louise , what wonderful dishes and it's a good time to post them as you know most people have plenty of eggs . Showed it to hubby on his way out to work and he said if that's what I'm coming home to I will be back in an hour ;-D . Tell Marion that my kids hid their chocolate bunnies from me ... they say mama will bite off all the ears . I am sending you great wishes and vibes for a very blessed Easter (((HUGS))) Thanks for sharing :)

  10. This looks like a fine variation on Easter Eggs. I think I'll make the boys go out to breakfast with me after the next book sale (in 2 weeks), and then I can have Eggs Benedict without all the work involved in actually making them. Happy Wednesday!
